No. Khaidi No. 201 is not the name of a new Naga Chaitanya flick. Rather, Naga Chaitanya will be seen as a convict in an episode in his upcoming flick ‘Autonagar Surya’. Somesequences were shot in Chanchalguda jail earlier and Chaitanya was seen in this getup there. Samantha is the heroine in this project. The movie is set in the city of Vijayawada and the story is reportedly a gritty action drama.
Critically acclaimed director Deva Katta is handling this project while K.Atchi Reddy is producing the movie. Shooting is currently on at a specially erected ‘basthi’ set. Anoop Rubens is scoring the music for this movie.








Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya will soon be seen in a full length mass action role in the flick ‘Autonagar Surya’. The movie is being directed by the acclaimed director ‘Deva Katta’ and currently, shooting is on at a specially erected set. Sources say that the set is a very expensive one, costing approximately almost 2 crores. Samantha is the heroine in this filmand Anoop Rubens is scoring the music. The movie is based on the powerful labour unions of the city of Vijayawada.
Autonagar Surya is being produced by Atchi Reddy and R.R.Movie Makers Banner is presenting the film. Autonagar Surya will hit the screens in summer 2012.



Thaman music for Naga Chaitanya’s Gouravam
Naga Chaitanya is going to do a film under Radha Mohan direction. Nagarjuna, who was impressed with Radha Mohan’s work in Gaganam, offered him a chance to direct Naga Chaitanya. This film will be made Telugu and Tamil as Radha Mohan is a well known name in Kollywood.

As per the buzz this film’s title is Gouravam and Nagarjuna is expected to do a key role in it. This movie will start rolling from the first quarter of 2012. Successful music director Thaman is roped in to score music for this bilingual.

Thaman will start working on it from December. Naga Chaitanyais currently busy with Autonagar Suriya, directed by Deva Katta.
 With BEZAWADA going down at the BO, many things are not going quite well for this young romantic hero. Brain washes became the part of diet for Naga Chaitanya now.
Coming to the fact, the low performance of BEZAWADA after the latest beating-in-head DHADA, is making Chaitu sleepless. According to insiders, King Nagarjuna has brainwashed his son for the kind of decisions he is taking. Infact, Chaitu is the one to recommend Ajay Bhuyan of DHADA fame to Annarpurna studios. Though, Bhuyan's first flick (off course, it is not yet released) is a dud movie, Nag dared to give him a chance only because of Chaitu's recommendation is an open secret.
In the same way, Chaitu is the one to force Nag to accept 'Bezawada Rowdeelu', though the senior hero has not at all liked the script. Keeping the result of BEZAWADA in view, Chaitu was given a strict warning by Nag as per sources. Let us see what interesting Nag will do for his son's career!
































Naga Chaitanya-starrer Bejawada was viewed by the members of Censor Board on Nov. 29.  It is learned that the film has been certified 'A'.
Set to hit the theaters on Dec. 1, the film is making news because of its premise and the names associated with it (read RGV).  Vivek Krishna is the director.  The film boasts of an ensemble cast.
Described by its hero as a film with a palpable RGV imprint, but nonetheless a movie that retains its originality, Bejawada is eagerly awaited.  RGV himself has been quoted as saying that the film cannot be compared to his 1989 cult film, Shiva.
Expectations on the film are high, especially among the Akkineni fans, because RGV himself has vouched for the acting talent of Naga Chaitanyaand saying that his acting follows a different template in Bejawada.





Naga Chaitanya's upcoming high voltage action entertainer movie Bejawada which was scheduled to release on 1 December 2011 is facing problems with censor board.

It seems Censor board is not willing to give clearance to the film and recommended 20 major cuts in this film.

Censor Board felt that this film has some controversial scenes which is addressing specific communities which might hurt those people thus causing trouble to law and order.

However, makers are not happy with it and sent to revision committee for further review.

Naga Chaitanya’s Bejawada Movie Release Date Postponed

Previously, RGV made some changes in the film for quality output, due to this movie release date has been pushed from 24th November to 2nd December.

Naga Chaitanya is romancing Amala Paul in the movie. Ram Gopal Varma and Kiran Kumar Koneru are producing this film together. Debutant Vivek Krishna is directing this film. Abhimanyu Singh, Prabhu, Brahmanandam, Ajay and others are playing the other key roles.

Bezawada Movie Release Hyderabad Theaters List , Nizam Theaters List




Tollywood lover boy Naga Chaitanya is planning to act in a bilingual film to be made in Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. If, everything goes as planned he will act in Radha Mohan direction in the next year. Earlier, he has directed Chaitu’s father Nagarjuna in film Gaganam. Hence, Nag also gave clearance to his son to go ahead with Radha Mohan, if he likes the story line. Currently story discussions are on and if they both find it fit their film may go to sets during the 1st quarter of next year. If so, this will be Chaitu’s 1st film in Tamil.

Chiatu’s latest movie Dhada has disappointed him. He is currently completed ‘Bejawada’ movie waiting for relaese in Vivek Krishna direction produced by RGV. Next, he has to act in film Autonagar Surya’ movie in Deva Katta direction.
Naga Chaitanya faces competition once again
Naga Chaitanya is once again going to face competition with his new release Bezawada. His film which is slated to release on November 25 will have to compete with Varun Sandesh’s Priyudu and Nara Rohit’s Solo. While the other two films don’t have the hype associated with them in the same way as the Naga Chaitanya starrer has, the trade expects those two small films to show some resistance at the box office, especially in the urban centers.
Naga Chaitanya’s last release Dhada too had to face competition in Ram starrer Kandireega and eventually it was the Ram starrer that won the box office glory. Let’s see if the history repeats or a new chapter is written this time.

We all know how Ram charan’s career boosted after his magadheera under Rajamouli’s direction. And comedian turned actor sunil too came in to limelight as hero with Rajamouli’s Maryada Ramanna.
Now it seems to be the turn of Nagachaitanya. Let’s have to wait to hear the news of movie in the combo of chaitu and Rajamouli. Rajalouli is busy with his movie Eega and will direct a movie with Prabhas.


Nagarjuna who has the habit of encouraging new directors has given a go ahead nod to act in a film under the direction of Veerabbhadram of Aha Na Pellanta fame. Akkineni Naga Chaitanya starrer "Bezawada", which is set to November 24th release has been postponed to November 26th. The reason behind this is Ram Gopal Varma; because he wants to re-shoot some scenes and also wants to reduce the length of the movie.

deity Bezawada Kanakadurgamma. The other is Naga Chaitanya. Thats what
Producer Kiran Koneru says about Naga Chaitanya’s character in the
upcoming film ‘Bezawada’. “Our hero is always on hand to protect the
people of Bezawada from the atrocities committed by some goons”.
Bezawada is being jointly produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Kiran Koneru.
Amala Paul is the heroine opposite Naga Chaitanya.

The movie has
completed its shooting and post production formalities are on. The film
is being readied to hit the screens on November 3rd and the story deals
with the caste and faction politics of Vijayawada city in the 90′s. Naga
Chaitanya will be seen as a powerful student leader and there is a keen
interest among the public over this film. Its controversial title and
the choice of subject will ensure a lot of buzz for this movie before
release.

The film has been directed by Ram Gopal Varma’s disciple
Vivek Krishna. Industry sources say that the movie will be a thrilling
political drama with some riveting action elements.
